About OSHOW -
Currently based in Tokyo, OSHOW is an international improviser, clown, and acting coach.
When he first encountered Impro he became obsessed with it, founding Japan's first student Impro group, “Gekidan Shiomusubi,” and began teaching Impro at this time. He then learned Impro from Keith Johnstone, working with the Loose Moose Theater where he performed in regular shows as a cast member and learned masks, and trained with world-class improvisers Shawn Kinley, Patti Stiles, and Steve Jaland. He was invited as a guest to the Vamos Theatre, a mask theater in London, to create and perform mask works with young artists.
He also studied clowning clowning at Ecole Philippe Gaulier, a French clown school, as well as with British clowning teachers John Davison and Peta Lily. He also completed the program at Angela de Castro's clown school, Why Not Institute and participated in an artist program in Bali, organized by Dell'arte International, USA and has performed and taught in 14 countries around the world.
