Improv for Teens: Intro to Improv

Whether you have a teen interested in improv competitions, acting, public speaking, or even just looking for a fun new hobby and a way to make new like-minded friends, The Backline is the best place to take improv classes.

We'll cover the basics of improv like agreement, finding a focus, working together as a group, as well as trust and listening. We'll cover a number of popular improv games as well as how to improvise a scene like you might see in a play or movie.

This class will be taught by Robyn Helwig, who has won multiple OEA-Awards and first moved here to Omaha to work with the Rose Theater.

Pre-Requisite: No Experience Required
Ages: 13-18 years old
Date/Time: 5 Saturdays starting March 30th, 3-5pm. No class on 4/19
